The Aqua is an 87-story skyscraper under construction by the Magellan Development Group at 225 N Columbus Dr in the Lakeshore East area of Chicago. It will border North Columbus Drive and East South Water Street.Upon completion, Aqua will stand as one of tallest buildings in the world designed by a female-lead architectural firm and it will be the first skyscraper in Chicago to contain a hotel, condominiums, apartments and retail space.
It stands at 251 metres (822 ft) tall and has 82 floors.
